Let Banners Contribute to XP

Views, Diamonds, and Favorites on banner submissions should count towards XP and leveling up the way other content does.

Some banners are spam, others are genuinely art.
I think that banners should contribute, but within limits. For instance:
  • you could report a banner as spam, and that negates its ability to count towards xp
  • only a limited amount of xp from banners per day
  • if a user posts multiple banners in one day, they don't all count towards xp

You could say the same thing about skins though, its very easy to make a skin by copying another one and changing a small detail to gain XP. I do agree that there is a lof of spam, and maybe banners that are "inspired by" other banners dont count towards XP.
