So Top Ten/Five/Whatever lists is something I've done in the past. I did top ten cartoons and stuff like that. I really enjoyed doing it, even though it would take forever to research different cartoons and have an opinion on them. My subscribers loved, I loved it, and I classified it as a "review" because it was. The rules only specified Minecraft related lists, so I thought that was okay to post, which is bad on my part.
But I thought if maybe PMC could have a certain style of lists that are allowed. The only reason in the rules saying why it isn't is because it takes minimal effort, which I can understand, but the reality isn't. To make a good list, you have to do research and a ton of stuff, and if you don't, then well it wont be successful anyways. And the way I've stylized my lists, is I'll put in a picture of it and a couple of paragraph description, so it would be MASSIVE on the forums.

I just want to add that with "lists" they probably mean pure lists. If you start to discuss/explain what is in the list, it can for example transform into being a tutorial (which is allowed).
Another thing, I've seen a ton of people make other lists, like 5 things you didn't know about blah, and they never got taken down. In fact, my lists were never taken down until I made three of them, and that was after a Mod already looked at it and commented.
You can report blogs you think are violating the rules.
