Being able to hide widgets completely

Right now, even if you remove a widget from your profile page, you can still access the contents of that page on your profile. I feel like we should be able to hide things like our "diamond", "favorite", "subscribers", and especially "personalized site feed" from the public if we wanted to.

I had been using compact with the pins until they disappeared, but they do still work on full header mode.
