You cannot view this user's profile because they are on your block list." (without the quotation marks)
There is only a "Home" button under it but I feel like the "Unblock" button right after the "Home" button should be added to the notice in case you want to unblock someone without going to your dashboard, your block list, finding them, then pressing unblock.
