When looking at what makes Markdown, it's simple for people to understand because of its simplicity and wide use across sites like GitHub and Modrinth.

I always make my descriptions and changelogs in Markdown, so it is quite jarring to suddenly have to go and change so it looks good. Code blocks are really ugly when going from Markdown to BBCode so implementing this would save time on the creators who use Markdown for their descriptions and changelogs as seen here:
