After I posted a similar version on the forum, there's still no response. I'll reiterate and just hope they reply with a yes or no answer, since someone else is doing the same thing. Anyway, it's just a suggestion, It's about something to maintain peace on the website!

Recently when I visited PMC, I just realized that a reaction system has been added to the commenting process; however, there's a problem with some of the reactions, and they were added without any prior notice, either on PMC News or the X account.
The presence of negative reactions, PMC itself shouldn't have had negative votes or conflict of opinions, there are also some somewhat controversial reactions, often the "sus" reaction has to do with that video game where the icon appears, it is possible that it generates controversy although whoever received the reaction is probably not respecting the rules, it seems to me a somewhat absurd reaction.

Regarding other reactions-agree, neutral, and disagree, I don't think it's good idea to add them. Many users often get used to giving emeralds, and the disagree reaction can generate conflicts with other users. No reaction that provokes conflicts or serious arguments should be on the page. I've seen cases where if someone receives one of these reactions, they usually offer an explanation.

Another type of reaction is "angry". I've seen a case where a user received such a reaction and came forward to explain, implying that they were just suggestions.
Negative reactions shouldn't be on Planet Minecraft, and this page has always been free of them; everyone shows respect. These reactions only cause tension for some users, which is why I came to suggest removing only the negative reactions and leaving the positive and neutral ones.

In the forum, also in the wall posts, and guest books, there are all examples where these negative reactions sometimes invade the comments, as I said, it's just a suggestion; these negative reactions are frowned upon in my opinion. Just keep the "angry" one from the ones I mentioned if it's part of facial expressions. But with the issue of the mark sign, the circle, and the "x" could generate controversy in the future; I say that only giving emeralds is the good, peaceful option.

For example, YouTube in 2021 had to remove dislikes to protect creators from harassment and hate attacks, but in PMC there may already be doubts about those negative reactions in the future.
