Example, I want to have push notifications on for when someone comments on a wall post, guest book, or submission, but I don't want push notifications on for every single diamond/emerald/favorite I receive. But I still want to be notified the normal way for diamonds/emeralds/favorites.

I'd LIKE to turn on push notifications so I'm not hovering over PMC every hour waiting for something to happen so I can respond, but I also don't want to be spammed whenever I post something new, y'know?
