I know it sounds kind of dumb now but, in mario maker you have to get 50 stars, in this case diamonds, in order to progress and upload more than just 10 levels, i thought about it today and I thought it would be a good way to reduce copying and spam skins and other stuff. So basically you can only upload 10 of each category or something like that, and once each category surpasses maybe 50 diamonds each they would be free to upload as much as they want.
