Show Updated Contest Entrys First

Updated contest entrys should move back up the list. In case someone(aka Me) submits their project before they're done.

Yep, but you could probably do a check to see if the file is the same as the old one.

Not needed to show only updated necessarily but I think that there should be a filter for latest or updated.

No, I was thinking like having a recenly updated AND latest tabs, it defaults to recently updated.

Yeah that would be good but I'm not so sure if Paril/Cyprezz would put the default on recently updated though.
