What I've been thinking is that since we now have a skin editor (PMCSkin3D), PMC should focus on a resource pack editor. It would make texture and model creation worlds easier than it is currently, for example: there are no editors for 1.13 and up, it would make PMC more of a viable site to post resource packs, and you could take screenshots of your work and share it with the community like in PMCSkin3D. Now, I understand that this would take a lot of time and effort, but nothing would beat the overall convenience of it. -Sincerely, Wikimaster0
Would this apply to all versions of Minecraft, or just ones that release after this feature is implemented?
Would it just be, in essence, a .zip file manager?
