Way too easy to submit stolen art with no really reliable way to police theft/people using other people's bases. It could be argued that it's the same for skins, but I don't feel it is. More of our staff have the most common stolen parts memorized so it makes it a ton easier to moderate than I feel an Art contest would be.

Also, contests have historically only been for the primary focus of each submission section (projects, written content, skins, etc.) and I think it should stay that way.
