Welcome to my first skin contest!
The theme is:
PORTAL
THANK YOU REEC3TY FOR BEING THE FIRST ENTER...ER....ER... :D
The rules are:
1. No copying other peoples skins that are already made and say it is yours for the contest
2. You must put [A8000 C] at the start or end of the skins name when posting it (e.g. GLaDOS [A8000 C])
3. No whining about people doing the same skin as you but looks different, people can do the same skin as long as they don't completely copy it
