I've been on Planet Minecraft for one year now. I am so glad to be here, and I've gotten further than I figured I would. Over the course of the year, I've made lots of content, and I want to look over what styles I've gone through, and also just look at some older pieces. I joined because I wanted to get away from the Bedrock Edition marketplace. There people pay absurd amounts of money to buy crap skins. So I told myself "Screw the marketplace, I'll make high-quality content for FREE"! Since then I've made many friends, and gained lots of unexpected love and support!

It feels like just a while ago I was making really basic skins like a crappy Iceologer skin, or similar. I want to thank every single one of my subscribers for helping me get where I am.

Sometimes I'll look back and think, "woah! That was really made a whole 4 months ago?" It seriouslt is hard to believe hoe old some of my content is.

I'm going to split this blog into some basic sections-some as tributes to users who have been particularly supportive, and also some others about the evolution of my content. I've been through a couple wars, and I have been the start of some drama. Yeah... I have some wacky things to say!

I began PMC on November 11. I had always wanted to make some kind of content for people. I wanted to shove the Minecraft marketplace into a ditch. I wanted to make content that was free, but just as good (or better) than what's on the marketplace. It might be hard to believe, but that was one of the biggest reasons I joined.

I made my first skin that same day. It wasn't even Illager themed. It was a man in a suit, that was meant to be my skin. Odd as it is, I was going to use that, not an Illager skin.

I'd like to thank McMeddon for giving me my first ever diamond. It was on the suited man skin, and since then he's somewhat consistently giving diamonds to my content. That man's a Gigachad if I've ever seen one.

I'd like to mention that I've had a couple skins that I've considered my "best" at any given time.
Those skins include my Execution Vindicator, my Mage Redo skin, my Enchanter Redo (Hatless), and of course my Illager Enforcer Caption. That guy was amazing!

I love my skins. I always have loved making skins. It took me a whole month before I learned that Mob skins could be made. The first mob skin I ever made managed to get one download in the first eight minutes of being released (please note that this is a big accomplishment, as at the time i struggled to get three downloads on a piece out for weeks). Then I began making loads of Mob skins. I really enjoyed making them.

Mob skins are interesting. They allowed me to make skins but use different models. Then there was a bug that forced me to not be able to make skins. So, I made a huge amount of Mob skins. Almost all of my last three pages of content are Mob skins.
I made it a goal to post something every day. I have managed to stick to this, with only a few interruptions.

In my early days I liked making my own versions of MCD mobs. Both as skins and Mob skins. I didn't know how to copy/paste the texture from the game files, so I ended up making the skins from scratch. This led to me making fun variations that weren't always game accurate. I'm pretty sure that's a bad thing, since the goal is for them to be exactly like the MCD versions, but then again, it's nice to know that my content is mine, not someone else's.

After two months, I got my first subscriber. I never made any sort of forum asking for subs, and I never promoted myself. I was somewhat foolish like that. My first sub was named Cha1n_D3x878, and we met in chat. I recall having just finished a new skin and sending the link there when inquired about it. The skin was allegedly so good that I earned a sub!

I've gone through many phases. My first notable phase was the "Zombie Illager" phase. There I made many mob skins portraying zombified versions of Illager mobs. There were a couple skins there that I worried were too gory. HAHA! nowadays I'm making Piglins that have real blood, not green Sulfur blood! The fact that I though the Zombie Vindicator was too gory still is amusing to this day.

Then Christmas rolled around, and I made a couple Illager Mob skins based off it. I love monetizing the holidays!

After all that I started getting more subscribers. I was getting off the ground. I was learning what people liked, and it was fun. I briefly tried to make a bunch of beds based off Mobs, but that failed miserably.
Then I truly made many mob skins. I enjoyed making enchanted versions of previous Illagers, and I began making coloured Mooblooms.

Then I began making more Illagers, but this time they were custom, and not based on MCD illagers. I made a (very underrated) bomb squad Illager in this time, and I made the first interaction of the Conjurer Illager (there'd be many more to come). I also made a fancy holiday Illager in honour of getting 150 total downloads on my content. He sadly flopped. I might revise him soon. This era is also when I made the Illager Enforcers. I also began making mob skin versions of older skins-like the vindicator executioner.

Then I began making lots of Mob skins based off Illagers-but giving them Villager style professions. These skins performed extremely well and are some of my best. Better ones include the Illager Priest, and worse examples are ones like the Illager Butcher. then I'd finish the Bed Trend and continue to make many more versions of the previously mentioned Conjurer. I'm not sure why, but the Illager Doctor did quite well, being my best piece of content for a long while.

Around this time I began to phase out of solely using the noise mode on the skin editor. I started using more Minecrafty colours, and began to stick with a palette. I took more inspiration from the actual Mobs from Minecraft, and I realized that they used a more set palette. So I did the same.

I continued to parody MCD Mobs, and made some Evoker variants, but frankly, I needed new material. I made a lot of enchanted versions of old skins-but realized I was being lazy. What I was doing was claiming I'd made a new mob skin, when in reality I had just edited an old one from 6 months before. I made a couple bases for Villagers before going into action and making completely new "Supreme Illagers"! These Illagers had some realy cool looks, and I think they're really good even though they were made 9 months ago.

Then I posted a couple blogs and my first map (we don't talk about maps, all of mine are awful). And made my first suited Illager skin. I also made an Evoker, and a redo of the Mage Mob from MCD (only from MCD arcade). This Mage isn't super accurate if you want to look at it that way, but it is a solid standing skin regardless of if it looks like the base material. I also made a Frozen Creeper, that managed to sneak into a YouTube video. That's really cool!!

I continued to parody MCD Mobs. I also made a Backwards Evoker skin-I did this because I wanted to troll the now late Content_Studios. He and I were VC-ing/playing a lot together, and I decided I would play in 3rd person, and walk around backwards (using a backwards skin) and act all normal. Then I started shifting/crouching. This is one of my funniest trolls ever.

Around then I had the brillient idea of starting a monarchy. To be honest this was not a great idea, but I did have a lot of fun doing it, and Silabear seemed to as well. He said so once in a later interview.

Another funny troll is when I played with TheMountaineer. She and I were playing Murder Mystery together, and we were chatting about how if one of us got to be the murderer, we weren't allowed to be friends (as per the no cross-teaming rule on Hypixel). Midway through this conversation however, I was chosen to be the killer, and so I continued to play it as though we were talking about the theoretical. As we finished up our conversation I found her, and eviscerated killed her.

I like to make a lot of skins at once that follow a certain theme. This time I made skins all based off the MCD Merchant mobs. These mob skins all closely resemble their MCD counterparts, except they were HAND MADE (except the ''Villager Merchant'' and the ''Enchanter merchant'').

Then I made a few texture packs. Nothing huge... WAIT! Nevermind that. Those texture packs ended up getting me so SO many subs, and they have gotten over 4,145 downloads together! I'm so glad they served me so well, and still get up to 8 downloads daily (3 on average). Then I started work on a failure of an MCD map (please forgive that abhorrent creation).

Just as Content_INC left, I made the Blockly Craft. Content_INC was the first one to be featured as a headline. Congrats for that! Anyway, it's neat to see the rather humble beginnings that the now famous paper started with. The second issue would deal with the moderation of my beloved textures.

After THAT I helped out ujuuuu with a mod, and made a custom "Multiverse Illager" for it. I'm unsure if anyone has checked, but he has an unseen hood model on him.

At that point I was featured in a Pheonix SC video, because I made a meme about Villager heads resembling the mushroom stew broth. This meme is still alive today, 6 months later.

Again, making themed skins, I made lots of capes for different MC versions. I still plan to revise this, adding the DEMO, China and PI versions, among others.

Then I posted a blog; one that NO ONE read. It's sad. Turns out people don't care how little you like MCL, and don't want to see a rant about it. lol. Now that I made this I'm sure the view counter will skyrocket. Then I made my very first memes blog. No one read it, but it's still a bit funny even now. This wouldn't be the last meme blog I made...

Then GracieMockingjay left, and then returned 2 days later. I made a eulogy, and all was sad. Thankfully she is back. That was the beginning of my many multiversal versions. The collection was fun to make, but did feel rather spammy. Much like IGEBMs' skins.

I met JustaFlqmingo then, and he inspired me to make a HIVE style Illager. One that is probably my favourite Illager skin I've ever made! Then I made a blog series in let's play style.

I continued on to make lots of blogs regarding a survival world I played. I have my MC fixed; however I am struggling to run it above 3 FPS now, considering that I'm stuck on a 6-year-old laptop at the moment. The series is still green lighted, and will continue, but it will not be for a while.

After making a couple blogs I posted the texture pack that I used for the screenshots. Said texture pack makes very small, but very convenient changes to the game. It was rather unsuccessful, sadly.

Then began the most ambitious project yet: To make EVERY SINGLE Illager variant into an oversimplified version. Said project is still being worked on, with only a few notable Illagers still being left out. The project was the first time I ever attempted a lot of Illagers, and to my surprise, it was the first time I'd made a Windscaller skin, and a Royal Guard skin. I also made a Robber (early Pillager design) and I have had so much fun making all of them.

Now just to speak of some notable "firsts":
The first skin I ever made was the "Man In Suit"
The first skin to use 2nd layer cuffs was the "Evoker"
First custom Illager faction was the "Swordsman Illager"
First mob skin was the "mage", which got a download in its first live 8 minutes
First Holiday special was the "Christmas Evoker"
First thing on pop reel was the "Skeleton Vanguard" mob skin
First MCE mob was the "Cluckshroom"

There are also some fun facts about my content, mainly the fact that lots of my skins have a sort of signiture on them, that doesn't show up on the splayed skin.
Or the fact that I have certain rules I follow while making skins.
Among these rules are things like "No using too many colours, stick to a pallet" or "Have 2x1 eyes and don't change the colour of the pupils unless there's a present scar. (This has been broken before, with 2x2 eyes especially)".

I could've made this blog longer, but the longer the blog, the less views it gets, so I'm trying to reduce the word count. LOL!
See all of you soon again! IT'S BEEN A WONDERFUL YEAR!!
