This is the first blog I'm posting and will probably be one of the few I post. I deemed this important enough to make a blog about and would really appreciate it if anyone reading this could give it a diamond and share it with as many players as you can, and more specifically any players you know that suffer from epilepsy.
A new feature has been added to the Minecraft options menu called Super Secret Settings... I went through these settings upon updating to 1.7.2 to see what all was added. It is not recommended that you use these settings as some can be rather intense on your eyes, and on your computer. I own a low end computer and one of the settings nearly crashed my Minecraft. Though it is not explained anywhere in the client or game, including the controls menu, you can press F4 at any time to disable the Super Secret Settings.
This may not be enough to cause an Epileptic Fit ( though some of the settings can be quite strenuous on your eyes ) along with new features in 1.7.2 came new bugs, a potentially dangerous bug.
Players have reported at points being stuck in the air, floating, unable to move since updating to 1.7.2. DO NOT teleport any player that is stuck floating in the air to you and DO NOT teleport yourself to another player if you are stuck in the air, not only was I still stuck upon teleporting but my screen began quickly flashing black and white. If you do get stuck floating in the air, log out and log back into the server and you shouldn't be stuck any longer.
