1st step:

Choose a dark colour and do this pattern.

2nd step:

Now choose a lighter colour and just connect it like that.

3rd step:

Choose an even lighter colour and do this pattern.

4th step:

Now choose a lightest colour and just fill the spaces.

5th step:
Top of the head:

Pick the darkest colour you used before and make it like a circle kinda.

6th step:

Now pick an even darker colour and make this... umm.. pattern x3

7th step:

Now pick an even more dark colour and fill it in.

8th step:
Bottom of the head:

Well... Again pick your first colour (In the 1st picture) and do this :p
im so bad at explaining..

Soooo.. We have done the head shading...
Now lets move to the bangs or
front hair or WHATEVER xD

1st step:

First make a shape of the front hair. I usually do it like that.

2nd step:

Now choose the lightest colour from before and do this :p

3rd step:

Now grab the second lightest colour and do that.. im2lazy2explain

4th step:

Now do dat... as you can see im getting rly lazy right now. help


And thats it for the bangs ^-^

1st step:

First make a shape for the hair.

2nd step:

Then pick the darkest colour and do this pattern.

3rd step:

Then pick the second lightest colour.
Colour 4 pixels as shown on the picture.

4th step:

Then pick the lighest colour and fill this in.


Thats it for the 'front body'(?) hair xD
Now lets do the back!

1st step:

Again, just do the shape for the hair.

2nd step:

Then pick the darkest colour. And do this pattern.

3rd step:

As before.. Pick the second lightest colour
and make this pattern.

4th step:

Now.. Pick the lightest colour and fill it
in like that!

Aaaand.. this is all for the back hair!

I usually put it like that at the side of the body.
Well if you don't know what I mean by that.

Okay so this is how it looks for now!
Also I added the eyes too.
Now... I always put some more details on the hair.
As shown on the picture:

As you might see I added some details.
I added the second layer on the body.
(As well on the head on the sides and back)
Tbh, I think it looks better with it ^-^

Now choose a darker colour
and do this pattern.
