HELLO! fellow miners! Today I will teach you how to win a contest IN FIVE EASY STEPS!
STEP 1: Know The Topic:
On Planet Minecraft their are usually skin, project, and blog contest. All of these are very different but they all require skill. If you dont have skill with these topics practice them and post your best skin, project, or blog. Also if you have an idea then make the project, skin, or blog when you have the idea fresh in your head.
STEP 2: Take Your Time:
Usually you have at least two weeks to make a skin, project, or blog so you have alot more time then you think. Take your time and do research about the topic. Also, look up tutorials on Youtube and or other how to sites. Also spell check your blog to make sure you don't sound like a three year old.
STEP 3: Check Your Work (Skins and Projects):
With skins and projects it is easy to mess up and leave out one detail. So before publishing your idea on Planet Minecraft make sure that its perfect by wearing the skin or looking over the project. When your done looking your idea over many times publish it on Planet Minecraft.
STEP 4: Publishing:
With a blog its easy since you just have to check the box next to the words " For Contest " and then write what you want to write, but with skins and projects its different. First, well do a skin, a skin is probably the second easiest idea to publish. Just upload the design on to Planet Minecraft, give it a good title, and write a description. Also, remember to always check the box next to the words " For Contest ". Next, well do a project, with a project you can white list it or not. Ok so if you want it to be a public project you can just put down a good title, description, and the server address, but if its a finished project you can just upload the world on to Planet Minecraft and let people just explore your finished project.

Basically check out other people's ideas and compare them to yours. Also, steal some of their ideas to make yours even better.
