Right before the zombie and spider get him he knocks them out. Then Steve crafts a ladder and goes back upstairs and breaks the ladder behind him. Then the zombie and spider wake up and do not know where Steve went. After the zombie and spider left Steve ran out of the cave but a creeper blew him up! But some how Steve survived and he went back home!
