LostBedouin - here's one for you :D

One step into the fog,
but three steps from the bog.
The hauntings and illusions
pull you into delusion.

The past blur your eyes
Ghosts return and rise
You hide, run and avoid
But your mind is still toyed

The future seduces you
Your grand dreams they hew
"Lie down, go to sleep
The gold you'll never reap."

The present stay beside
yet only her you belied
She pulls you out of your madness
But you remain in your sadness.

Oh, in lost times
Past brings out your crimes
Future questions your mind
but Present will always be kind.
