Mace Techniques

This is the default mace technique, you wind charge up or fall from a high enough place, and hit the mob/opponent before you hit the ground

This requires keybinds, it's relatively hard to do, but when you do it, you'll find you'll have improved a lot at macing
I use "F" for the sword hotbar slot, and ',' for my mace (though I use comma because I have my mouse sidebutton keybinded to comma, but you can use 'Q' as well)
1. Wind charge up
2. Click "F" (or your keybind for sword)
3. just before (as in ticks) you hit, click "Q" (or your mace keybind)
4. The tick after you hit, swap back to sword
this can do up to 10 hearts on a full netherite player

Elytra macing is more advanced then attribute swapping, though you can combine attribute swapping with elytra macing, but that's another story

To elytra mace, firstly, again, get keybinds, this time, I would suggest 'F' for mace, and 'R' for elytra
now, the easiest way is to just get height, then turn and dive towards your opponent, when you are close enough to hit them, swap out your elytra for a chestplate, and then hit "F" and hit, a more advanced way is to put on your elytra, and fly up with firework rockets, then (still using rockets), dive towards them, and swap out chestplate and hit them, this is harder because you're going a lot faster

Pearl Catching is where you throw an ender pearl and then a wind charge that hits the ender pearl, teleporting you up to quickly gain a lot of height.
Again, I would suggest keybinds, I use "C" for wind charges and "V" for ender pearls
1. Jump as you throw a wind charge at your feet
2. Look up
3. Throw Ender pearl, but DON'T STOP HOLDING RIGHT CLICK
4. as soon as you've thrown the pearl, hit "C"
