Hey everyone.
So today, I was thinking about how you make wood logs into wood plnks so fast and why the time in minecraft goes from nigth to day so fast. That is when it came to me, Minecraft's time for everything is sped up very fast. I know it may sound a bit crazy but I have lots of valid proof that my statement may be true.
1. Every block you break in Minecraft takes a very short time to break. For example, it may take a good 30 minutes to an hour in real life to chop down a tree but in Minecraft, it takes good 6 seconds per log. Also, when you break blocks the sun goes by really fast above you. This may be to simulate time going by while doing work.
2. You starve very fast. No normal human can eat a steak, porkchop or a whole entire cake that fast. Nor can they get hungry that fast. This probably was implemented to simulate a person getting hungry throughout the day. I also know that eating food for healing would take a much longer time.
3. Killing mobs. When you kill a pig in Minecraft for example, it may take a very long time to kill the animal in real life. The process would include hunting the animal down, killing it, cleaning it and choosing the meat you would want to take for yourself. In the game, it takes no more than 5 seconds to get yourself a meal.
I am not saying any of this is 100% true, it is only my hypothesis. Tell me what you think down below in the comments.
Bye!
