So I was cruising the forums and saw a lot of Mod and Admin applications for servers. I think that is one of the most stupid mistakes you could make. Why would you give a position of power to someone you've never even played with? You should get to know someone before EVER letting them have power on a server. Don't just go ahead and let people you don't even know screw around with your server, because, once you let them, they'll go ahead and be complete asses later on behind your back. It's ridiculous. I mean, I'm not saying that people who apply aren't quality admins/mods, but they couldjust be trolls, or someone new to MC who doesn't know the first thing about servers. But, it's true that some people are great at that stuff. Some guys are great, and they'll help you out awesomely. You just need to always be sure what your dealing with.
