Why 1.8 is unlucky number for Mojang?
If you have checked old topic on minecraftforum or PMC, you can find many player complaint about Minecraft is ruined by Notch during Beta 1.8. The similar thing is happen to Mojang again, this time it is not happen on Notch, this time it is happen on Jeb.

During Beta 1.8, many player mad on Notch for changing a simple sandbox game to RPG like game by introducing enchanting, brewing and fighting dragon. Also, Notch make MC even more gore by introducing some item called Rotten Flesh and Spider Eye.

Now, the current 1.8 snapshot introduced something caused community raged again. Jeb has ruined most of the automatic farm by making iron golem and zombie pigman drop their gold and iron when killed by player. This mean if iron golem or pigman is died because of falling from a great height or getting burned by lava, the player will not receive iron or gold ingot as penalty for using automatic farming machine. This change has caused community rage because many player think Jeb is attempt to ruining sandbox feeling of Minecraft. Also, some player is mad because this change has ruined their farm which cost few hours / days to made.

If you have checked the Jeb's Twitter page, he received lot of complaints from lot of players.These are some of his tweet and his conversation with other Twitter user.

How Notch getting lot of complaints in Beta 1.8
-Introducing RPG elements feature which making Minecraft less focused on sandbox
-Introducing some item which may kids unfriendly or disgust some player.Eg: Spider Eye

How Jeb getting lot of complaints in Release 1.8
-Ruining lot of automatic iron and golem farm.
