Hello guys,
here's the first blog about my new adventure: "Survival Challenge Playthrough".
Day 1
I started my journey in the Savanna biome. For this first session I challenged myself to play without breaking blocks and to be strict for myself, I didn't even allow myself to gather some seeds from the grass. My aim was therefore to go completely ballistic on every mob I encountered, and to find any structures to get some useful items. Luckily for me, an abundance of animals was in my presence... Let's say that I haven't seen that much animal cruelity, since well... ever?! What I did notice though, cow's have a natural talent for breaking your ankles. It seems that they have the genes of a brazilian football player (yes, I'm european), throwing its tricks your way as a magician would. Although this could be due to my lack of hand eye coordination I apparently have when throwing my fists...
Eventually it became night and I hadn't find any structure yet (I completely missed the village on the picture lol). So I decided to take faith into my own hand, I was gonna create my own loot. I ran around to find my green bomber friends, the creepers, such that they would do some mining for me! This ended up being way harder than it seemed, as not only the creepers were interested in my human ass. At a certain point I almost let a creeper blow up a tree, only for a skeleton to kill the party... as you can see in the picture. I do realise now that mobs are annoying when your only options are: hit them a thousand times with your juicy fist or run as Forrest Gump . At the end of the night I was able to obtain some dirt though, due to some surprise-party-poppers; Before I stumbled upon a village, which changed everything...
If you have any challenge ideas, don't hesitate to put them in the comments! I'm all open for it, since I wan't to make this playthrough a little interesting :D
