Should we remove /roll?

While in chat today a couple of people thought it would be the funniest thing to spam /roll. So, as expected the feed became cluttered with "PMCbot: [name] rolls a 1 out of 6. There was no context or contructive meaning to the rolls, and for that reason the chat mod decided to start kicking people because of the command's misuse.

Thinking back, I can't remember a time where it's ever been used "properly". Right now, it's just a tool that can be used to spam chat, not really something I think we need. So I propose that it's removed or restrained, I believe chat is a 3rd party program so I'm not sure if we can just remove it.

Either way it's something that should be looked into in my opinion, I never use it and I don't think any one else would miss it if it left.
