This Blog is for people on Planet Minecraft or people who play Minecraft to understand why it's important to keep going.
Contrary to popular belief, finding your route to success is not as simple as starting at point A and looking for point B. No, it is all very complex! In fact, every person goes their own way when striving to achieve a goal, which is what makes it so unique. Think about it; if there was no struggle put into achieving a goal, then what would be the point of it? Now, I want you to look at this picture. Yes, it seems silly, but the reason I want to show it to you is that it is true. Success doesn't look like a nicely planned-out arrow, it is a winding spiral in which you travel to achieve a goal. Whether its improving your building style in minecraft or gaining momentum on PMC, see it through to the end.
"Without a struggle, there can be no progress"
-Frederick Douglas
Whenever you set a goal you must be willing to put forth the work and time to be able to struggle through to the end of that goal, that way you learn from what you did and you can feel proud that you achieved something. It's this feeling of achievement that really defines if the goal was worth it or not. Now, lets take a look at this example of struggling:
A caterpillar is almost done with it's transformation from a caterpillar to a butterfly. The last step of this process is for the caterpillar is to eat through the end of it's cocoon and squeeze itself through the tiny hole it chewed. The push will be hard for the caterpillar, but it's crucial for the caterpillar to struggle and squeeze through it's cocoon in order to mold it's body into that of a monarch butterfly (it still doesn't look like a butterfly inside the cocoon). If the caterpillar does not squeeze itself through the tiny opening, then the rest of it's life will be offset because it didn't struggle as needed.
I hope you enjoyed that little example, and evermore hope you understand why you need to struggle through things. Had that caterpillar not worked and worked to squeeze it's rather large body through the tiny hole, it wouldn't be able to fly. If you're trying to build something really amazing but don't have any ideas, take the time to really think of what would make it really well built, otherwise if you don't do that then the project won't look very neat because you didn't take that necessary step to fulfill your goal. Your struggles are what form your character, and mold who you become.
"It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer"
-Albert Einstein
So lets say you are trying to cross a river in minecraft, but there is no way across except swimming. You can't swim since you have your nice blue shirt on, so you need to think of another way across. This is a real-life (or real game) example of when life presents you with a pot hole. Now I want you to remember this from now on; when life gives you potholes, you fill em' up. It's simple really, because in order to continue to do whatever it was you were doing before you came across the pothole, you have to stop and fill it up.
There's no way around a problem like this, all you can do is fix it. Besides, like I said before, if you don't take the necessary time to struggle through things, then you're never going to get any further.
So, back to the river problem in the begging. You decided to patch a spot over the river so you are able to cross. It might have been a lot of work, but you made it through and were successful. That's why you need to take the time to solve problems like this.

Also meaning When ever I'm ALMOST there, like * * that close, something makes me restart, some how. I guess it's just something saying I shouldn't do that.
Anyway, it doesn't matter how may time you try and fail, it only matters when you make it :)
i must agree. success isn't a straight line..at all
