So I was playing around with command blocks and I found some thing you can do
you need a command block, a pressure plate and you will need to build a trampoline
Put the command block under the block in the entrance of your trampoline and set it to
/effect @p 8 50 3
put the pressure plate on the block on top of the command block
this make it so when you stand on the pressure plate it gives you a level 3 jump boost for 50 seconds, increase the 50 to anything below 1000 and that will be the time you have the jump boost.
for the jump boost it goes up to 225 but if it is above 127 you can't jump and in survival if its above 22 you die when you land.

PS:/effect can be realy cool but you can also make custom potions,copy paste this cammand and tell me what you think
/give @p 373 1 16 {CustomPotionEffects:[1:{Id:8,Amplifier:5,Duration:18000}]}
with this you can make mobs go on it too
