Trust is important, whether its teammates or co-staff members.
Trust is an amazing thing to have, whether its to know you can trust your friends or whether you know that someone can trust you, lean on you and have your shoulder the cry on, but what are the benefits of trust and when would it be appropriate to break it?
Benefits of Trust
Trust is not a benefit, its a privilege. For starters, you can have someone you know that will never break your buildings, that will never tp someone to you, will never kill you nor betray you. Trust is also the best thing to experience, so you can have people trusting you, trusting that you will do the right thing and not just trusting you to keep secrets but trusting you to do the right thing, to help them when they need you and most importantly to never break their trust.
Breaking Trust
Breaking trust is about the most tearing thing you could do; Trust is like a wall, you build it up brick by brick, slowly gaining it and making it more complete, but if you break the trust, or the wall in this case, it will all come tumbling down and you have to start all over again, so unless you don't want their trust, then you should NEVER break their trust. If you do happen to break someone's trust, say your sorry and hope they are understanding and trusting enough to forgive you.
Conclusion
Trust is a delicate thing, but its a great feeling knowing that people can depend on you and knowing that you can depend on them. Trust is worth getting, and its worth at least trying it.
I'm going to keep this short and sweet so you can go back to hugging creepers!
