Okay, let's put you into a situation like this:
You've recently started a server. You've spent probably days making a very nice server spawn, and setting up plugins for your server players. Finally, after nearly a week, you post your server onto the PMC server list. After checking up on it three hours later, you see that it has only gotten 15 views, no diamonds, no comments. When you go onto your server, you see that only two people are on.
What to do?
Now, there are a couple things you can do. One would be to post your server on the server section in the forums. That should get the word out. Another would be to post your server on another server website, which would get you a lot more views and people interested to join your server. Then, there's one more thing you could do.
Post a blog advertising your server.
Sure, it breaks the rules, and you'll probably get banned for a couple days, but it seems so.. tempting. I mean, none of those options even matter anyways! Right?
NO.
I have noticed a a great increase in blog spam recently, in fact so whenever I check new articles in the blog section, I see at least 4 to 5 spam blogs every time. That is not okay in my book.
The blog section was created to share thoughts and information on Minecraft and PMC. Not to constantly spam about your new nail polish, or an awesome faction server that you created! So why have people been spamming stuff like that so much recently?
It could be for a lot of reasons, some of those including..:
So how do we stop this flow of unnecessary and rule-breaking spam blogs?
Honestly, I think the only things we can do are encourage people to read/re-read the posting rules (which are located in the forums), and to report any blogs that they see that do not follow these rules. With this, I think people will learn to understand what you can and cannot do on PMC, some which are obvious like no bullying, to more unknown rules like posting all of your art into one, single art/comic blog.
So next time, when you see a spam blog, flag it, then leave a link to the PMC rules in their comments instead of raging at them. They may or may not know, so it's always best to leave it for them in case they don't.
Sorry for not posting anything in so long everyone! I've been so busy with preparing for school, which starts on the 27th. I am not dead! (~o~)/
For those of you who are not familiar with/want to read the submission rules for not just blogs, but for mods, skins, and more, go here! Thank you for reading!
I'd like to thank all 400 of you beautiful babies.

It could be for a lot of reasons, some of those including..:
- Not reading the rules, and doing it accidentally.
- Angry about a mod deleting their work, and do it on purpose to make them mad.
- Doing it, but not suspecting they'll get caught.

Again, I wish I could do this, but alas, it is only a thing that can be done in imagination. Luckily, minecraft has alot of room for putting imaginative things on there. Also, the cannon just got weaker, because now you own one of those shiny blue rocks. But I get it back if I need it for the cannon, ok :)

You sit at the restaurant with your young son, he says he is hungry. You agree to get him dinner. You open up the kids menu, your child is far too young for adult food. Chicken nugger stares at you from the page. You don't understand. Your palms get sweaty and your son complains. He says he is hungry. Your mind strains, searching for an answer in a world of sweer potato and french fried. You try to order the chicken nugger, but you cannot. The words cannot escape your lips. Your son is hungry, he complains. The waitress stares at you, her head a spinning chicken nugger, her arms swinging french fried. Your son cries the tears of a chicken nugger-less child. In your mind you scream. It is raining sweer potato now, you have french fried engraved on your left temple and you do not understand. Your son weeps in the corner, he is starving. Starving for the chicken nugger.
