All the features of this pack are part of the main data pack I'm working on www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/runechant-a-new-world-to-discover-beta-release-made-for-current-snapshot/ the armor trim stuff was pulled out and released as some people had requested it. Currently I have no intention of updating this pack as my time is being spent working on the main pack. Thanks you for all the support

There are three secret trim materials however the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry, and things need a little fixing to get them working. So you will have to update to 1.1.1 for them. Now if you didn't know this pack is just a small portion of the main pack I am currently working on called Runechant, I pulled it out because some people asked and it's done better than I could ever expect. So once again thank you.


This data pack is a segment of functions from my main project Runechant, it adds several functions to the new armor trimming system. The material used to trim will now provide an attribute bonus, full sets of the same patten will offer special effects & a matching sets of the same material trimmed armor will also have a bonus.

Every Smithing Trim Template offers a special bonus effect when used to trim a full set of armor. Materials used to trim armor provide bonuses to various states ranging from 3%-9% increase. Armor sets do not need to be trimmed in the same material to gain the stat bonus but do give an additional bonus for having a matching material set.


Advancements are now unlocked as you trim armor detailing bonuses and effects. There is also now a resource pack that can be used in conjunction to make the tool tips more indicative of the bonuses gained.
