Zombies are one of the most abundant hostile mobs in Minecraft. Even though they are nearly as old as the game themselves, they haven't gotten a lot of attention, and are still pretty basic and lame. This datapack aims to fix that by making zombies more interesting to fight. Every time you kill a zombie, you knock the rotten flesh off of it and turn it into a skeleton. This essentially means you have to fight every zombie twice. Every zombie variant is affected, including zombie villagers, husks, drowned, and zombie piglin. A side feature of this pack is that you can turn any skeleton back into a zombie by throwing rotten flesh at it. This even works for skeleton horses, making zombie horses available to survival players.
