Datapack replaces all vanilla desert village structures.
Works both on singleplayer and multiplayer. Every building from vanilla has been reconstructed ( except the zombie variants, because there's too much work for their 2% of appearance ). Most of the buildings contains barrels or chests with randomized natural loot you would meet in villages. Mobs spawn as they do naturally.
Put the downloaded zip file into datapacks folder of your world. Do NOT unpack
You can use this on your singleplayer worlds, multiplayer survival servers, youtube gameplays/walkthroughs - whatever. You don't have to ask me for permission, just don't be a meanie that steals stuff and credit. Though linking the source to here would be nice.
If a link gets broken or there is a major building bug, let me know so i'll tr to fix that ( keep in mind natural generation is wonky so sometimes some stuff might get distorted naturally )

* Villagers love to kill themselves in the library. They like to stand on the lecturn on the second floor, get on the gate fence next to it, walk towards the wall then fall down the stairs. They love this so much they do it over and over until they die. :(
* Single jungle trees don't twist about like they way the tree in front of large farm and the toolsmith building do. But flowering azalea trees, which are now found in the desert, do. I replaced those with azalea trees and I think it adds a nice spot of color.
* The fountain and bazaar style meeting place with the oak leaves... the oak leaves turn a sad yellow-green color in the desert. I replaced those leaves with flowering azalea leaves and it looks really nice.
* Mason's building... I had villagers slip past the fence on the roof deck by standing on some of the half slabs and walking around the fence. Then they went onto the stripped oak and then got stuck. I had to extend the fence a bit to keep them from doing that. Also, they won't sleep in that bed on the first floor since there's no way to reach the "head" of the bed directly.
* Mason's building, I think it's supposed to have a cobblestone generator since there's water and lava in there, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I replaced it instead with dripstone under the lava and it fills up the cauldrons underneath with lava to use in the wall of furnaces to the right.
* I was able to discreetly add an auto-sheep farm into the shepherd's building, by having the redstone hidden under the floor, and then using a hopper ladder to move the wool up to a chest. LMK if you want the schematic for that.
* Large farm. The farmer seems to get very confused with this building as done originally. If they are working on the bottom floor, they get stuck and look up to the upper floor instead of harvesting crops. They're not really stuck, you can unstick them by pushing them around, but they seem to want to path to the upper composter, then get stuck in a loop of that upper composter isn't actually closer than the lower composter, till they stay there all night mumbling. I removed the upper composter and planted pumpkins up there and they're now working the lower floor correctly.
* The bee nest in front of the large farm is adorable. As is the stonecutter and the redstone that looks like blood in the butcher's house.
* I really love the "under construction" buildings, it's a nice touch.
Thanks again for such a beautiful datapack.
As for the structures, i ripped and edited them by hand from some old spawn type map that i found on the internet, but can;t find it now, hence no credits.
