THE PACK HAS SEVERAL WAYS TO CONGIG OR TEST DIFFERENT FEATURES. AN EASY WAY TO ACCESS THIS IS THROUGH /FUNCTION COMMAND USING THE GLOSSARY: PREFIX. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN MANUALLY ENABLE/DISABLE ASPECTS OF THE PACK BY NAVIGATING THROUGH THE CONFIG FOLDER. CHANGE THE SCOREBOARD VALUES FROM 1 TO 0 TO DISABLE THE MODULE. ALL CUSTOM ITEMS OF THE PACK CAN ALSO BE ACCESSED EASILY THROUGH /LOOT AGAIN USING THE GLOSSARY: PREFIX.

Current Focus - Balances, Fixes and Optimization but several minor features are currently being worked on.

The progression of the pack makes ample use of Amethyst and Lodestones, rather than overhauling all the structures/themes, I've created some alternative ways to get Amethyst Shards without exploring the underground heavily. Similar to gravel some stone block (Diorite, Granite, Basalt ect) have a few new drops. These drops can be used to create Amethyst Shards without hopefully devaluing finding Amethyst Buds. Like usually the advancements have more details. Along with that I have also changed the Lodestone recipe from requiring a Netherite Ingot to a Block of Iron, making it a more early-mid game item to pair with its use in the pack. Don't worry there's still plenty of other uses for Netherite, mainly you'll want to save it to duplicate Upgrade Templates.

This Data Pack is meant as a reimagining of Survival Minecraft adding in a multitude of features to enhance progression and existing content as well as create new content for a Survival Player to explore.

Current Features Include:

Several New Multiblock Structures used for NEW crafting
-Rock Crusher (For processing rock type blocks into materials)
-Enchanter's Crucible (For crafting magical items)
-Deepslate Furnace (For processing ores and other crafting)
-Grinding Station (For creating new Crafting Materials)
-Boiling Cauldron (For Brewing)
-Wax Refinery (For Poisonous Wax making)
-Dragon Altar (For creating Mob Eggs)
-End Spawner (Player made Mob Spawners)
-Spell Altar (For crafting Spell Tomes)
-Sculk Forge (For customizing equipment with NEW forms of Enchants and Trims)
-Experience Infuser (For recycling items into experience and other crafting)
-Several Minigame Structures (Used to train the NEW player stat system)

A Rotating Seasonal Cycle effecting biomes differently above and below ground

Functional Trims (Attribute bonuses for Materials, Abilities for Patterns)
Several NEW Materials to trim with and NEW Patterns accessed through different crafting methods

A Hub Dimension "Enchanter's Nexus" (Featuring Minigames, Crafting and Villagers to trade)

Special Inventory Slots used to access other features (Enhanced attributes, Weapon Poisons)

Rebalancing of all equipment through a internal Player Stat System
Stats can be trained through normal gameplay as well as craft-able minigames
A Way to tinker with all equipment to specialize it stats in Defence/Offence/Utility

11 New Advancement tabs to guide the player through all of the above and more

This is a huge pack to overhaul survival Minecraft with a bunch of twist and new adventure, this write up does not begun to cover it properly. With that said the pack is still currently in it's Beta with more features to come along with balance and furthering what already exists. The best way to start is just to play Minecraft normally and see what happens as you slowly explore the vast pack that is Runechant.

-Fixed Sleeping in a Bed advancing the Season Timer (Was proc-ing ever tick a player was in a bed but now should only occur once every sleep ty Kit)

-Added an uninstall function /function glossary:uninstall_prep

All the function does is delete markers/interactions/item_displays/block_display entities in any loaded areas

For some reason when playing on Minecraft 1.21 (don't know if this is a port error or not) whenever I try to make the stone saw and hammer on the fletching table using drop crafting, it doesn't work. (I've tried both normal stone and cobblestone.)

Can't say I've had an issue but hopefully the tweaks made to the drop crafting system should help in the latest update

You're more than welcome to use the data pack on severs as for redistributing fair warning the pack is currently a work in progress and is receiving regular updates. But it has always been my sole desire for people play it so go nuts.

I found another problem, in this path glossary:shield/turtle_shell.json !!


In this dokument you can see a vanilla command (summon item...) through this the .json dokument can not funktion proberly.
I dont know if its intendet, but I thought it would be better to tell you.

Do you have dc? (I would love to try and help you wherever I can)

As for the turtle shield that was from the old version of the pack where the items were from summon commands guess I forgot to port it over too 1.21 and left it in the loot table so I'd remember what attributes it should have. It's why it's just the Barbed Sabre data underneath.

So currently there is a player stat system tied to all equipment, so some equipment depending on the type iron/gold/diamond/netherite reduce a player "agility" due to heaviness. Stats can currently be trained through new enchantments. Balancing is still to be worked on but in the runechant:config/function/module_enablers file you can disable aspects of the pack by changing their values to 0

Thank you that is a desperate fix that I would've never noticed cause stupidly I always mainly reload the function "runechant:load_scoreboards" whenever I modify the scoreboards
