one is that we can't actually find where the program is installed - just the main setup app. unless that is the main program?
the second problem is that after just a few minutes, it seemed to lose connection to the internet - our internet is perfectly fine, however. granted, going onto your site, that seems to be down, so we're going to assume that dManager connected to your site, and if that goes down so does the program? we're not exactly experts on this kind of stuff ^^;
If you installed the usual 64bit windows version it should create a shortcut in the windows menu(just search dManager)
I never heart of the disconnect issue, maybe just reload the request with F5?
oh.
oh that's... different.
for some reason, clicking on that no longer brings up the setup menu, just.... the full app by itself. odd, but alright, guess that.. solves that problem.
and yeah, the connection issue seems to have resolved itself now, but we'll keep that in mind in case it comes up again.
thanks for the help, though! ^^
You should allow users to add their own data pack collection to the app - not devs, but users (only available to them locally) This will massively increase the appeal of your app.
Currently you are waiting for devs to submit and maintain data packs in the app and this is limiting. Allowing customisation like mentioned above would really open the app up and will help it gain traction. It would also help it get the attention of more devs looking to push their data packs, if it is more widely used.
Also worth noting, the .exe is tripping a false-positive on VirusTotal that you may want to look into and Windows SmartScreen is blocking the running of this app - Unkown publisher.
Othervise a good app with lots of potential, good looking and intuitive design. Great work!
