maybe someday this pack may be an ingame feature

I don't really know. Just the howling sounds weird. I'd probably use a different sound effect, more crisp and clean.

Well, the sounds that play are in Minecraft normally. So I could make a resource pack, but I like to make it so data packs don't need extra steps to use if I can.
