Enchants mobs with random buffs
Inspired by AtomicStryker's infernal mobs mod
Current attributes:
*Sprint - runs really fast
*Invisible
*Fire proof
*Tanky
*Strong - High attack dmg and speed
*Jumpy - jumps twice as high
*Webber - occasionally spawns cobwebs on player's*Warper - mob can teleport
*Choker - "chokes" the player by "removing the air around them" (it actually just poisons them because there is no way to force choke a mob in BE)
*Withering - withers nearby player's away
*Electric - Smites the player randomly
*Waterborne - can breathe in water
*Flying - mob can fly when looking up but with little control over it to keep it balanced
*Gliding - mob slowly falls and is not affected by fall damage; often paired with flying
*Ghastly - shoots fireballs
*Dragonborne - shoots dragon fireballs
*Shulker - shoots non-homing shulker bullets
*Blazing - shoots a three-burst of small fireballs
*Dangerous - shoots black and blue wither skulls
*Alchemist - throws a potions that gives you random status effects (slowness, harming and poison as of now)
*Festive - shoots high-speed deadly firework rockets
*Raging - roars like a ravager
*Ghostly - summons weak vexes
*Beekeeper - summons really angry bees that attack the player
*Fiery - Sets the player on fire
*Blinding - blinds nearby players
*Weakening - weakens the player that gets too close
*Slowing - slows nearby players down
*Celestial - spawns meteorites above the player
*Evoking - summons evoker fangs on the player and can be just one right at their feet or in a circle position
*Spikey - deals contact damage
*Unstable - summons tnt on death
*Trapper - places dirt blocks on the players head
*Zombie Leader - spawns zombies occasionally
Compatible with other addons that add mobs
Requires Experimental Gameplay

Added 2 new attributes:

*Zombie leader - spawns zombies occasionally
Bug fixes:
*Fixed issues with projectiles not functioning correctly sometimes (Note: if you are playing in 1.16.200, there is a bug with custom entity projectiles where the client entity does not synchronize with the server entity, causing them to appear as though they are not moving even though they are)
Changes:
*Slightly nerfed webber and warper attributes, their chances of using their abilities have been reduced
*Trapper - places dirt blocks on the players head
*Zombie leader - spawns zombies occasionally
