Hmm, normally that isn't normal in any case unless you are stuck in harsh conditions where the wind is hitting directly into your throat making it hard to breathe x

I would suggest seeing GP/Doctor as it may be an undiagnosed medical issue perhaps something like asthma x

They were executed for something so small? I feel like I'd be executed the very first day if I was on there. I can be quite the troll (and even anarchist) on her world. Some of the stuff I've done on my sister and I's world have been cause for her to go on multiple manhunts after me. She asked me to put down torches at spawn so mobs wouldn't appear, so I put so many torches that it looked like the sun was out at midnight. Then I breaded hundreds of chickens, collected hundreds upon hundreds of eggs and spawned them at spawn and in the Nether. She killed all the one's at spawn, but there are still chickens in the Nether. Then I covered every block within 1 or 2 chunks at spawn with berry bushes. I planted trees in the nether for no reason other than because I could. I surrounded my entire property (which is right next to spawn) with so much bamboo that it puts the naturally generated bamboo forests to shame. She asked me to build something at spawn to add a bit of contribution, so today I surrounded one of her builds with a small forest of bamboo, and put a sign down that read, "My Contribution to Spawn". As the world owner, she has decided to purge my property of all bamboo, which is more of a slap on the wrist than executing me. Before she was fully stacked with enchanted netherite armor and had an arsenal of enchanted netherite axes, crossbows, and tridents, I'd snatch her with a fishing rod from high above, fling her into the air and knock out half her health. Now I run for my life. It's all good fun.
