My old Victus laptop just broke (worth almost $1k) and I'm unable to get a new one currently. To continue what I currently do across all my projects (OpenProfile, Cornelia, Oct.Ink, 3D Armor mod, mod pack development, and more) I need a device with at least matching specs. It's most likely that the PC is older than the OS running on it, XP was discontinued a over month before the first Cave Game tech demo was made.

day 12 of doing 50 pushups, 50 squats, 50 situps, 50 lunges, and 10 pullups

lowkey gonna stop the series because my reps ain't improving due to lack of rest time

gonna still train, but only 4x per week

I will train way harder though on those days and do weights etc

good tradeoff I think

make sure you’re getting some tricep dips in if you want those big ass arms
also builds your pectorals
but yeah not resting will destroy your body faster than going until failure every time
also lack of good sleep won’t build muscle as well as you’re not giving your body enough time to heal back those torn muscle fibers
Work hard, study well, and eat and sleep plenty.
