Help bring our upcoming October in-game event to life by creating a festive NPC skin! Think scarecrow farmers, pie vendors, wandering storytellers, anyone you'd meet at a cozy Fall celebration. dunno if anyone cares, but today I have become an uncle for the first time. what a way to enter the new year

here's another Derpswen v1.9.2 sneak peek after a few months of silence. I hope you like it. still a big W.I.P, rn what I'm showing you is: on the top is a taiga and some snowy taigas below it. for months, I practically went through the entire pack, reimagined it and am still remastering some biomes, like the taiga and the pale garden. I've got more creative ideas on making more tree mushrooms, fern species, flowers, etc. if you're curious, there are hundreds of flower species and lichens almost everywhere in forests. they can grow on trees, the ground, leaves, etc. if i've got this calculation right, i added 950 or so grass variations so far as well.

below the normal taiga, I'm showing you the unfinished snowy taiga, which is kinda hard to modify due to general limitations.

tried not to show off the shaders more than the pack lol

these are are only a few out of many species of the underwater "fractal blossom." they grow on the bottom of rivers, oceans, and sometimes on kelp. where they spawn is one of the things I have to refine a bit. WIP

notice: can't say this update to be released anytime soon, definitely not within december. if I can pull it off, it might be released in maybe late january. it's a pretty massive update, and I have lots to implement, refine and fix yet. if you want to know more, you can join my Discord server for updates.

here's a bit more derpswen v1.9.2 sneak peeks, still a big W.I.P, got more creative ideas I'm gonna do with these "fractal flowers" right here, rn I just showed you three variants just cuz it's a sneak peek. it may seem like it's not much but I actually improved 20% of the pack since my last wall post, by adding variations, color corrections, occasional color discolorations, more growths, flowers, etc. just didn't show you that here
