THIS IS A BUKKIT PLUGIN!!

What does it do?

Well, we all now and then tab out of minecraft when no one is online, to go check PMC, emails etc, but with this plugin, you get to know if someone has joined and are trying to chat to you!

In this plugin you are able to change the radius in which you hear sounds from chat.
default onPlayerJoin is 9999999 (global)

Commands:
/aud radius - Change the radius in which you hear peoples' chat!
/aud off - Disable the sounds for yourself.
/aud test - see which sound you have and if the plugin is working properly
/audadmin change - Change the sound until the next reload. (used as a sample)
/audsay - say a message with a sound!


Permissions:

- audiochat.use - give this to everyone on your server (allows for disabling and radius).
- audiochat.admin - give this to your admins/owner(s) (Allows to temporarily change the sound)
- audiochat.say - gives permission for the /audsay command

- Add configurable sounds, maybe with a command? hmm? :P
- Add a /soundcheck command
- Add a /chatsound toggle command

Permissions:
- audiochat.use 'Allows users in that group to use basic commands.
- audiochat.admin 'Allows admins to temporarily change the chat sound in-game

Commands:
- /aud radius 'Sets the radius in which you hear other players' chat.
- /aud off 'Disable audiochat for yourself.
- /aud test 'Test to see if the plugin is working (kinda like a ping)
- /audadmin change 'lets admins change the chat sound for everyone.

Perhaps you could configure on what message you want to hear a sound (ie for example the mention of your name) for.

Possibly update it where you can change the volume and pitch of the chat sound? Also change the chat sound per player based on permissions? Like where OPs could have a different sound etc?
