Maze Queen is a powerful procedural maze generator that lets you create massive, fully solvable mazes anywhere in your world with a single command.

Generate a maze at your position with /maze generate <algo> <cells> <cells> <wallH> <wallBlock> <floorBlock> or fill any selected region with /maze area <from> <to> [​wallH] [​wallBlock] [​floorBlock] [​algo]. Every maze has a clear emerald block entrance and redstone block exit and is guaranteed to be solvable.

Choose from six generation algorithms including Backtracker, Prim, Kruskal, Wilson, Aldous-Broder, and Growing Tree. Growing Tree is the default and provides the best balance of long, winding corridors and complex branching, perfect for adventure maps, survival challenges, and minigames.

The mod is built for performance and scale. Mazes are placed safely over server ticks with a live progress bar, so even the largest mazes build without freezing or crashing your world. The current build supports up to 512 maze cells, which is a 1025 by 1025 block footprint, and up to 5.1 million total blocks. At wall height 5, that means you can generate a 921 by 921 maze in about five minutes with no lag.

You also get full undo support with /maze undo and the ability to stop any build with /maze stop.

Block selection is flexible with smart tab completion that only suggests solid building blocks. Use any vanilla block or use palette for a randomized build from over 100 solid blocks including glass, stained glass, tinted glass, sea lanterns, glowstone, and barriers. The palette is fully configurable in config/maze/palette.json. Run /maze palette to create the file.
