You will be able to use all the 3D models included in the amberstone pack in solo or server.
This world also includes 4 demonstration showncase, made by oldfarmer and one by Exink.

Downloaded your demo pack, loaded into my single player world. LOVED everything. BUT downloaded the Amberstone texture pack 1.13, Most of the 3D models didn't work. download the beach add-ons, Still didn't work. The tree and grass add-ons worked great. In the demo world you have some CONSTRUCTION 3D models ( road markers, Jackhammer, scaffolding, orange cones and barrels, building tools, road white lines ) and red fire truck lights. Can't find them in your packs ?

How do you place the blocks down like the cannon and tvs since they arnt actually blocks

With armor stand, in a server you can find plugin like astools to edit it. And for solo you have site to customize it and just enter the command that it gave you ingame ;)
