Update: 1st Place

A basilica in Lyon, France situated on Fourvière hill overlooking the Saône River. It was designed by Pierre Bossan in the style of Romanesque and Byzantine architecture and was completed in 1884. Four towers rise 48m high and one is used as an observation tower with panoramic views of the city. The basilica actually contains two churches: the upper ornate sanctuary and the lower crypt of Saint Joseph.
