Creatures++ is a 1.13.1 datapack that adds 21 new biome specific mobs to make your survival experience more exciting!
All of the mobs have their own custom drops and stats, and some of them even have their own special abilities.
It also makes all other mobs in the game spawn in their own biome

List of all the mobs:

hp = hit points
ap = armor points
ad = attack damage (if no attack damage is listed it is the normal attack damage a zombie or whatever the base mob is)

Frozen Zombie - 20hp 6ap common Arctic mob little tougher due to being frozen
Overgrown Zombie - 16hp 2ap common Jungle mob
Cavern wanderer - 30hp 10ap common Cave mob hard to see and tough like stone
Decaying zombie - 10hp 2ap common Swamp mob rather weak
Mummy - 20hp 2ap rare Desert mob
Overgrown skeleton - 18hp 2ap common Jungle mob
Desert archer - 20hp 8ap common Desert mob
Deadlock - 20hp 8ap common Swamp mob has hair!
Scorched creeper - 20hp 2ap common Desert mob explodes instantly
Frozen creeper - 35hp 2ap common Arctic mob explodes slowly but huge
Poisoned Creeper - 20hp 2ap common Swamp mob releases poison when hit
Goblin - 20hp 8ap 10ad common Cave mob
Troll - 20hp 6ap 4ad common Cave mob
Jungle mite - 5hp 2ap common Jungle mob releases poison when hit
Sandmite - 10hp 2ap common Desert mob hides in the sand
Hag - 40hp 2ap 5ad rare Desert mob stronger witch
Hidden - 16hp 2ap rare Swamp mob hides in the ground and bites you
Yeti - 30hp 2ap 10ad rare Arctic mob strong and tough
Ent - 40hp 15ap 20ad rare Forest mob strong and tough
Shadow - 14hp 0ap common Cave mob
Ooze - 10hp 2ap rare Cave and Swamp mob

there is no brown spider mob I just forgot to get rid of the files for it
(I wanted to add it but couldn't get it to work correctly)
How do you get the spawn eggs? I've only been able to see the shadow and ice zombie because they've spawned naturally. The texture pack is enabled and everything, but there are no spawn eggs in the inventory.

you have to give them to yourself with the command cpp:give/all
Would there be a way to just download the resource pack so I can use this on my server???

No but you can take the resource pack out of the download and then delete the rest

The troll drops an entire chest worth of loot, "minecraft:chests/simple_dungeon". Maybe you could change that?

I have a troll spawner I'm using for xp and it's WAY too much loot. I had to change the loot table for that mob. Otherwise, I really like the pack.

Yes I will be fixing that in the next update. I tried to make a custom loot table for the troll but couldn't get it to work so that is why it has a chest of loot right now

When is spawn a zombie, decaying zombie, and an overgrown skeleton, a cavern wanderer comes out

i try to spawn different mobs but cave wanderers everywhere

Ah when spawning mobs with minecraft's spawn eggs they will turn into one of the packs mobs however If you are trying to spawn mobs form the pack and they are turning into other mobs than that is a bug that I will need to fix in the next update
It sounds like you are spawning mobs under y=50 and that cave mobs are replacing whatever you spawn

you would have to go into cpp/functions/biomes/(the biome you want to change).mcfunction and change what mob is being replaced
The download is not working
could you please describe what about the download is not working? it works for me
Chrome says the file is corrupted and blocks it

Is it possible to get seperate downloads per mob? Like i want to use most of the but not all of them.

well I cant do a separate download for each mob but if you go to:

datapacks/creatures++ 2.0/data/cpp/functions/summon

you will find a bunch of files named after the mobs just delete the ones you dont want and they wont spawn any more (you will still be able to get their spawn eggs you just wont be able to use them)

´╗┐´╗┐This is a really neat pack, but the textures could be better. Is there any way I can make a sort of texture pack for this, or would it have to be part of the pack?
You could but it would be a grind as all the textures would have to be meticulously made to fit all the models and there animations

I'm using it on a Spigot 1.13 server right now.
well I dont really know much about servers but unless you know how to add recourse packs to your server and force all players to use it, than all your players will need to install the recourse pack on their own device before playing.

it is but you need a recourse pack to go with it if you want to see the mobs

Also a lot of them are spawning as invisible

Is there a separate texture pack that needs to be downloaded? Nothing comes up in the resource packs folder. Some of them will show up like the shadow and some of the frozen zombies as well.

Nevermind I never even looked in the folder for it. Invisible problem is solved though I still get that error each time I start the server.

I Just updated the download with a new version that fixes some spawning issues so make sure to get the new download if you have already downloaded it before now
Hey, i was just wondering.
Can you maby change the texture of the overgrown skeleton, i just think it looks a bit wired.
Maby if you have the wines come put of it's eyes and mouth it would look a bit more natrual.

1 Awesome thing: Data Packs. Pretty much mods but they kinda feel more vanilla, and more server friendly
