when Christmas rolls around, I'll be sure to use the festive items a lot!
However,
It seems the crafting bench is not working for me on 1.16.3.
Alternatively, I made up some code based on nbt crafting.
Using Y4nn's Default Plants datapack as a reference.
Now, the items are craft-able without the workbench.
Thanks for making this pack, I hope to see it patched sometime.
i followed your instructions on 1.15 and it doesnt even work on mine. locally java edition
no one on server can see the new recipies even or try to craft them .
in the root of that i dropped your resources folder and the datapack into the datapacks folder as instructed.. ( this can be a zip with the data .mc.data etc in it.. as thorugh its in teh datapacks folder witht eh foldername as the zip file.. both compress or uncomressed it doesnt work .
most datapacks are a zip you drop directly in the datapack folder without modification
if it requires also a texture pack. then that resource pack is separate as a texture pack and download into the local clients separately
as wel lthe texture pack shoudl ahve an external direcly downlaodable link that can be added to teh resource pack entry in the server properties.congif . file so that people get propted to install it.. dropbox is good for this. .
your armor stands should be given a custom name ( nametag thing) so that they can be cleanly removed without removing all world armorstands. .(based on the other below problems)
please fix these things and reupload thanks.
First, you need to unzip the downloaded file
In there you will get the datapacks folder, a zipped resources file, and installation help file.
You can then take the resource pack and upload it to your server however is necessary for your host.
Then take the datapacks folder and upload it to your server world's folder.
Finally, check to make sure all files were uploaded successfully and reload the server.
Before removing files after using the datapack run the uninstall function to remove any remaining items.
All my up to date datapacks have uninstall functions that remove any entities created by the datapack, so there is no need for a patch for this datapack.
If not than it is something wrong with the game and not my datapack
