The HMS Washington was a torpedo boat that was launched in 1962, she was served in the Vietnam war and torpedoed many enemy vehicles, but one day she fired a torpedo at a helicopter and she hitted the target but it caused an ally submarine (USS Columbus) to sink, the crew came to the submarine but it was too late! She was scrapped in 1983
