La Morley is a major city in the extreme southern region of Vawlla country about 35 miles north of the northeastern Kavarr border. The city is the second largest in the eastern hemisphere behind “x” in central Vawlla Country, and the largest city in the Deep South Region, as well as its headquarters. It was named after the Experimental Abandoned city of Morley in Sapphire Country / translated to La Morley for a better fit.

La Morley is famously known for its swamps and mangrove trees, and consistent foggy days. The city is widely rumored to be the most horror themed city due to its haunting and beautiful swamplands scenery that surrounds Morley. Which is ironic considering Morley is the highest crime ridden city of it’s size in Sky World. It is the headquarters to the SEC Foundation, which holds the secrets of Sky World, it’s unfounded history and unmentioned tasks. Morley is also nicknamed the city of “lost dreams”

The city was named Morley after it’s honorable definition, “meadow on the moor” or a “clearing in the woods” a “tract or fern” which would explain the systematic scenery, open swamps and lush foliage.

Morley is headquarters to world renown supplies regarding the Mangrove, as well as the biggest supply in Concrete in the world. The city transports thousands of tons of concrete in the world on a daily basis supporting major supply and city centers like Octavian and Harlow. The Concrete Factory was established in its Bourbon District.

Morley is inspired by New Orleans. And has several terms that define it such as “Bourbon Street” or “Bourbon District / Way” “Gumbo SQ” or Jambalaya Center.

Weather

Morley has an extreme warm weather pattern ranging from warm winters to extremely hot and humid summers. It rains the majority of the year with its peaks in July, August and September. During the humid months, rainfall changes depth of the swamplands that can cause flash floods in the city districts. It is common for Morley to flood on a daily basis in the summer months and sections of the city can be a feet or two in the water, this is also common in its downtown centers. Especially in the historic district.

Floating Slums

Morley has an extreme poverty rate due to insufficient job opportunities, the massive city is landlocked and the majority of consumers looking for employment has decreased because the city cannot suffice a stable budget for its employers. This means Morley has a high poverty rate and crime rate. The Floating slums in Morley’s Southwestern edge is a perfect example of what lead to the cities break down.

The ritzy district on the extreme north end is a perfect example of the cities outlook against the poor and rich.

The Deep Mangroves

One of Morley’s most famous location is the Deep Mangroves. Which is a section in an extreme swampland with the tallest mangroves in the world, and is surrounded by a floating slum in Morley’s Southwestern outskirts. When the sun sets and the fog roles in is when the location is at it’s most scenic.

Morley is under a claimant option and is considered a “Very Hard” city to acquire, however with that said, Morley is currently on standby, to claim the city of Morley, one will have to of completed the “MR7 Road System” between Morley to Ruby and Mako on survival and have logged in at least 35 Minecraft Days in Morley. And must have a strong desire to contribute to the city often. And also must have acquired at least “10” Real Life days on the world with no less than 1hr intervals. And have a strong experience in survival techniques and how to build structures. And last but not least. The claimant must also of acquired a strong understanding on structures within Sky World, it’s progression for the future and have also acquired a strong understanding of Morley’s needs, it’s city limits, and more. To learn about structures and layouts within Sky World, you will need to go to “Sky Design” HQ in Octavian, there you will need read sections 3-17 on layout structures, and than afterwards a personal book designed for La Morley will be given to you so you can understand it’s designs and unique processes.
