The download will come whenever the terrain rework will be done
The first release wont have that many actually built structures (expect Moria and Erebor which will be only half completed)
as it will only showcase what the overall landscape of the map will look like when it will be finished

Impressive! I see that the project seems to be coming along; I really like the Shire and Gondor Regions.
