In this project I built a residential building with 6 apartments: since there are already thousands of maps of modern buildings on Planetminecraft.com, to differentiate it a bit I decided to use some Minecraft 1.12.2 mods which make this construction of mine even more realistic. This building also contains a restaurant, garages, and a terrace.
The mods I used are found in the download file (to be precise I used 1.12.2-forge1.12.2-14.23.5.2705), furthermore in the images related to this project I used Flows HD 1.12.
