Welcome towards my second part of my new series by me, eagoy.

This second part of my piece by piece made city is a small neighbourhood with 2 side streets.

The neighbourhood contains the following:
- 5 type of houses;
- 60 houses total;
- 72 parking spots;
- 2 playgrounds containing the following:
  - each a football field;
  - each at least 1 ping-pong-table;
  - each a sandpit;
  - cross-track for small bicycle's;
  - slide with sewer pipe running underneath;
  - banks for parents + garbage bins.

Accessibility of the neighbourhood:
- 1 motorized vehicle lane + bicycles + pedestrians;
- 2 two-way bicycle paths;
- 1 pedestrian path outbounds, also meant for letting the dog out.

Environmental friendly:
- playgrounds are wadi's (places were rainwater can infiltrate into the ground);
- solar powered street lamps;
- roofing is white for reflecting sunlight heat instead of absorbing the heat;
- roofing is significant made of solar-panels reducing electricity usage;
- discouraging usage of motorized vehicles by the accessibility of the neighbourhood and amount of parking space.

The series:
In short, this is the second part of an upcoming city of mine. The city will be made part by part, to make sure I keep motivation in it, parts will be quite different from each other. This also means I have no schedule of what next and when it should be finished. In short, in due time it will be uploaded. So a little recap:
- city is made in chunks;
- no plan is made in which course it will be made;
- it will be uploaded when a chunk is done;
- the city lay-out isn't determined, just rough idea's;
- the focus will be infrastructure;
- my Two T's pack will be used for it.
