The Bombardier BR186 / F140MS2 in NS livery.





These locomotives, which are part of the TRAXX family were introduced in the Netherlands between 2008 and 2015, the first prototype locomotives were built by Bombardier between 1994, which are now the BR145 and BR146.

These locomotive were bought by NS to replace the failed FYRA V250 project, which now is the Intercity Direct, 2 Of the locomotives around 6 or 9 ICRmh carriages.

de NS heeft wel mooie treinen, jammer dat ze altijd vol zijn tijdens de ochtend en avond spits ;(

prachtig zijn ze wel! maar ik denk dat de NS hun best doen om de spits zo goed en vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. Nederland is nou eenmaal een dichtbevolkt land en dat zien we terug in het vervoer en dergelijken.
